About Pure

PURE is a 16 week, progressive programme based on the latest scientific research in both nutrition and exercise.

The programme is specifically designed for you as an individual to both optimise the way you look and feel and to reduce the aging effects.  

The liaison among the PURE team (nutritionist, personal trainer and massage therapist) is one of the key factors contributing to the programmes success.  The team liaise on a regular basis to identify and provide support for each clients individuals issues.   

Your M1NT nutritionist will assess your nutrition needs and identify any areas that need improving to maximise your general health and ability to lose fat and tone up.

Your M1NT personal trainer will optimise your body's full potenetial by individualising a programme of resistance, cardio and flexibility work to ensure you reach you goals. 

Your M1NT massage therapist will work to release muscle tension and improve recovery.

Each PURE programme includes:

  • 17 personal training sessions
  • 4 comprehensive fitness assessments
  • 1x 90 min full nutritional assessment
  • 4 nutritional monitoring sessions
  • Weekly check-ins & reviews
  • 4 massages (relaxation or specific muscle therapy)
  • 16 week gym membership (if required)
